We are committed to your overall health and wellness here at Neighborhood Dentist, and as such we are adjusting some of our procedures when it comes to an office visit. Here's what you can expect on your visit once we open again May 18th.
Please arrive exactly 5 minutes prior to your appointment time and take a seat at the upper landing. One of our team-members will come to greet you shortly, so please use the time to sanitize your hands and put on a mask if you did not come with one. We will then run through the pre-screening one more time and take your temperature.
Please wait outside or in your car until 5 minutes before your appointment. If you cannot logistically adhere to this policy, please contact our office for special arrangements so we can maximize everyone's safety.
After passing the office pre-screening, we will be minimizing patient wait times in our lobby that has been rearranged to adhere to social distancing standards. No more than 2 patients will ever be in the office at the same time with a maximum of 1 necessary companion each.
All staff members will be masked and using advanced protective equipment as needed for the procedure. Read more about our personal protective equipment policy and how we protect you here.
Any patient visiting the office must agreed to contact the office immediately in the case of a suspect or confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis to protect the staff and patients.
