What to expect on your visit

We are committed to your overall health and wellness here at Neighborhood Dentist, and as such we are enhancing some of our procedures when it comes to an office visit. 

For our neighbors who are older or have other high-risk factors for COVID-19 complications, we also have single-patient days where only a single patient will be scheduled for any procedure: please contact our office for more information.

Be prepared to answer and pass the following questions regardless of vaccination status:

• In the past 10 days, have you received a COVID-19 diagnosis?
• In the past 14 days, have you had a confirmed exposure to COVID-19?
• In the past 14 days, have you had any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, such as fever, coughing, shortness of breath, or fatigue?

Please arrive exactly 5 minutes prior to your appointment time unless other arrangements were made, and either wait or take a seat at the upper landing. One of our team-members will come to greet you shortly, so please use the time to sanitize your hands and put on a mask if you did not come with one. We will then run through a quick screening as mentioned above.

After passing the screening, we will be minimizing patient wait times in our lobby that has been rearranged to adhere to social distancing standards.

Any patient visiting the office must agreed to contact the office immediately in the case of a suspect or confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis within 10 days of the office visit to protect the staff and patients.
